Provided below are our Terms and Conditions of Sale. All guests
are courteously requested to adhere to the following:
PAYMENT
We accept – Master Card/Visa Credit/Switch/Solo/Delta/Electron/JCB
and Cheques (with Guarantee Card) A deposit of 50% of the booking
is required as a guarantee.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Bookings may be cancelled at least 72 hours before 4.30pm on day
of Check-in without penalty.
Credit card is requested to guarantee booking. For any confirmed
booking, there is a cancellation handling fee of £30, or
if less then 48 hours before date of arrival then the whole amount
of the booking is charged.
No Saturday 1 night only bookings in advance (Min.2 nights).
Single person supplement charged on double rooms for Fridays
or Saturdays.
Any U.K. Bank Holiday weekend there is minimum 3 nights' booking.
For any York Race Meeting there is minimum booking for duration
of the meeting. E.g. A 2 day meeting has a minimum of 2 nights.
All the above conditions apply throughout the whole year.
The total amount for the whole booking will be deducted if no
cancellation is made.
CHECK-IN TIMES
We offer 2 periods for Check-in.
A.M. between 10am and 12noon (if the room is not ready you may
collect your keys and leave your luggage)
P.M. between 4.30pm and 6.30pm – any different times of
arrival from those stipulated must be confirmed by telephone prior
to arrival otherwise this may be taken as a ‘no show’
and cancellation rules will apply.
CHILDREN (WELL BEHAVED)
Children under 5years – occupying room with relatives are
welcome at no charge.
